CODE: 10446 XJ 5.5" Leaf Springs

Spring rate is about 10% stiffer than OEM. These springs offer excellent ride quality - very close to factory! We use 7 thin leaves with tapered ends for a very low internal stress giving you a lifetime of on and off road use with no change in ride height. Anti-friction pads between all leaves. Shot peened for strength. These springs are preset by being compressed further than they will ever be compressed in their lifetime of use. The Berlin Eye and Military Wrap features add a significant amount of strength to these great springs.NEW: We now use custom made polyurethane bushings for increased durability and axle wrap resistance.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT NOTE: These springs are longer than the OEM springs. Because of their length, they will require the use of either a lift shackle or boomerang style shackle. Warranty will be voided if used with shackle relocation brackets.

I installed these on my XJ about 4 years ago. I've been very happy with the quality. They flex very well and have not sagged at all in that time, even after some heavily loaded expedition trips.
