Ready to take your WJ on the next level of adventure? Looking for a complete metal winch bumper? If so, you need IRO's WJ Bumper Package. With this package, you are getting the ability to mount a winch for self recovery and well as gaing a HUGE increase in ground clearance and protection.
As always, each piece is laser cut, CNC formed, or CNC machined in-house at IRO! Made in America!
MOUNT
- Recessed - provides a strong, reliable mount for your winch, while maintaining the best approach angles possible.
- A single, laser cut, solid 1/4" plate ties the two uni-frame rails together left to right for maximum strength.
- Each side covers over 13 inches of the uni-body frame rails to help reinforce the thin OEM sheet metal.
- Thick 1” D-ring mounts extend through the front plate and tie into the bottom of the winch plate AND the uni-frame.
RADIATOR SKID
- Maximum ground clearance over the thin OEM radiator support. (It actually fits completely above the factory radiator support.)
- Completely laser cut and CNC formed in-house out of 3/16” and 3/8” steel.
- Ties into the uni-frame and WJ Winch Mount with 8 bolts.
- Wraps around the entire bottom of the radiator for complete protection.
- 7 slot design does not compromise airflow
- Strengthens the uniframe rails by tying them together
WINGS
- Huge increase in ground clearance over the OEM bumper.
- Completely laser cut and CNC formed in-house out of 3/16” steel.
- Ties into the uni-frame, WJ Winch Mount, and WJ Radiator Skid with 6 bolts on each wing.
- Stainless steel bolts for a no compromise, never corroding finish.
- DIY - Welding Required.
- Trimming of the sheet metal under the head light is required but the head light support is retained.
