If you provide us with your email address, we will automatically add you to our company newsletter sent out about once a month. You may opt out of this email anytime and we will terminate all future emails to the provided email address. RETURN POLICY:
Returns are processed only with a preauthorized RMA. If you must return a product, please request an RMA through our customer service department. Items returned without prior approval and RMA will be refused. Satisfaction Guarantee returns still require an RMA and must be completed within the 45 day timeframe. All RMA's will have a 14 day expiration. If you cannot return the product within the 14 days of initial request, you must request a new RMA. Items returned with an expired RMA or no RMA will be refused. All return shipping (to IRO) is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a warranty, IRO will cover the outbound shipping (from IRO) on an item that we repair or replace.

We reserve the right to ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other method we see appropriate. Transit time will be maintained. Packages are usually left at the front door if nobody is there to receive them. We ship orders Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays when Iron Rock Off Road is closed. Delivery confirmation and/or shipping insurance available upon request for an additional fee. In stock items usually ship within one business day, but allow up to one week in rare cases. Multiple packages may arrive on different days. PLEASE CONTACT US A.S.A.P. IF EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS REQUIRED. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR ORDER. Orders placed with expedited shipping must be placed by 2:00 p.m. central time to be guaranteed to ship same day. Backorders occur from time to time on both Iron Rock Off Road's manufactured parts as well as parts not manufactured by IRO. We will make every attempt to inform you of backorders as they arise, including estimated shipping dates. Please inspect your order for damage and completeness before disassembly of your vehicle. Please contact Customer Service should you need any assistance with your order before your installation. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change at any time. INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT SHIPPING POLICY:
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
Shipping charges are calculated on our website based on weight and dimensions to your ZIP code. Some larger orders and/or orders selected to ship expedited (faster than regular ground), may be subject to additonal shipping charges over and above what the website charges. These charges will only be applicable in cases where the calculator in our online store cannot accurately determine shipping costs. You will be notified, in the rare instance this happens, to settle the remaining freight charges. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state (MN) orders will be charged 6.875% sales tax. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of any order returned that was originally purchased using a shipping discount or free shipping promotion.
WEBSITE CORRECTIONS:
Iron Rock Off Road reserves the right to cancel orders made on products that were incorrectly priced on this online store. Should this happen, IRO will notify you of the incorrect pricing and give you the option to keep the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

- Full refunds will be given for new and undamaged items returned within 45 days of purchase.
- Prorated refunds will be given for items that are damaged or that have been installed. Example 1: A Minimum of 25% will be deducted for items with damage to powdercoat and/or have been installed. Heavily damaged returns may receive larger deductions depending on condition. Example 2: No refunds for returned products that have been damaged by modification or abuse.
- Restocking fees of 15% will apply for new and undamaged items returned outside of the 45 day satisfaction guarantee time period.
- All refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of the original purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the returned product, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

PACKAGE PROTECTION:
- Terms and Conditions
- Introduction The Package Protection Program (the "Program") offers customers protection against missing, lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for a fee based on a percentage of the basket subtotal.
- Eligibility The Program is available to all customers who opt in during the checkout process. Participation is confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Coverage
The Program covers the following situations:
- Missing shipments that have not been delivered within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Lost shipments that cannot be tracked or located for 7 or more days.
- Stolen shipments confirmed by local authorities (a police report may be required).
- Damaged shipments received by the customer (photo evidence of damage required).
- Exclusions
The following are NOT covered under the Program:
- Shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling by the recipient.
- Claims made after 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Multiple claims by the same recipient may be denied at the discretion of Iron Rock Off Road.
- Minor/insignificant cosmetic flaws (as determined by Iron Rock Off Road), are not covered as they are considered to be a normal part of the shipping process.
- The Program does not cover expedited shipping for replacement shipments. Should expedited shipping be required for any reason, the customer will be responsible for that expense.
- Claim Process
To file a claim, customers must:
- Submit a claim online within 14 days of the incident. The form for submitting claims is linked at the end of the terms and conditions.
- Provide necessary documentation, including proof of purchase, tracking information, and any relevant photos.
- Claims will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days.
- Fees A fee of $1.99 or 2.75% (whichever is larger) of the basket subtotal will be charged at checkout for participation in the Program. This fee is non-refundable.
- Duration of Coverage Coverage lasts until delivery confirmation is received. Customers must opt in for each order to activate the Program.
- Modifications and Cancellations Customers may opt out of the Program at any time by deselecting the option on the shipping selection page prior to checkout. Once an order is placed, the fee for the Program is non-refundable.
- Limitation of Liability Iron Rock Off Road is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the Program. Maximum damages not to exceed the value of the original purchased product(s) subtotal. The Program is intended to provide peace of mind but does not guarantee against all potential issues.
- Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the laws of the recipient’s State. Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
- Changes to Terms Iron Rock Off Road reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Policies page.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times:
- Smartpost: Typically 2-12 days transit time from original ship date depending on your location. Use this ecomomy method on lighter items (9 lbs and lighter) when you don't need the part in a hurry.
- FedEx Ground Home Delivery: Typically 1-5 business days transit time from original ship date depending on your location. Only used for residential addresses.
- FedEx Ground: Typically 1-5 business days transit time from original ship date depending on your location. Only used for commercial/business addresses.
- FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days transit time from original ship date if ordered by 2:00 P.M. CST.
- FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days transit time from original ship date if ordered by 2:00 P.M. CST. Fedex no longer has a money back guarantee for this service.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day transit time from original ship date if ordered by 2:00 P.M. CST.
