XJ/ZJ Over-the-Axle Front Track Bar Kit – WJ Knuckle Swap

Designed for use with our WJ Knuckle Swap Package, this track bar kit provides the components needed for an over-the-axle track bar mounting configuration. The kit includes our standard adjustable track bar fitted with a stubby male end on the axle side, along with a weld-on over-the-axle track bar bracket designed to accommodate this setup.

The stubby axle-side end provides the clearance needed for the over-the-axle mounting arrangement, while retaining the design and adjustability of our double-adjusting track bars. The track bar has been optioned with a flex joint on the frame-side to allow for increased suspension flex.

Kit Includes

• Adjustable Front Track Bar: Our standard track bar configuration with a stubby male end on the axle side for over-the-axle applications.

• Weld-On Over-the-Axle Track Bar Bracket: A 1/4" Grade 50 steel bracket. The bracket features M12 mounting holes that can be drilled out for larger hardware if needed.

• IRO Track Bar Flex Joint: Included as part of the track bar assembly to increase suspension articulation by reducing binding concerns.

• 1.6" Inside Mounting Width: The bracket's mounting tabs are spaced to match the mounting width of Jeep OEM and our aftermarket adjustable track bars.

Fitment & Installation

This kit is designed around our WJ Knuckle Swap Package for XJ, ZJ, TJ, and MJ applications using compatible Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axles.

The included bracket requires fabrication and welding during installation. Proper positioning, fitment, and weld quality are the installers responsibility. Verify suspension and steering clearance throughout the range of travel before final welding.
