Tired of constant driveshaft vibration? Correct your pinion angle with a set of our ALL-STEEL leaf spring degree shims. Lifting yourXJ has created new driveline angles. These degree shims aregreat for tilting the axle up for a "closer to stock" pinionangle that is important to avoid undue wear and tear on yourdriveshaft, transfer case, etc. They come zinc plated and even give you about 1/2" of lift! You also get longer 5/16" centering pins to accommodate the extralift. Available in 2, 4, 6 and 8 degrees so you can customize yourpinion angle!

I wish the description was more realistic about the install on a stock XJ. The extra 8 degrees causes the driver’s side shock mount to be angled too far down to attach to the shock, so ultimately had to cut the mount off and weld it higher, though this also will require some slightly shorter shocks. Worth noting that slightly longer U bolts will be required as well. Finally, for me at least, the new leaf pack screw was so long it interfered with the rear sway bar link, so you’ll have to chop it down or remove the rear swaybar all together. Kit was pretty and nicely anodized though, came with the hardware necessary. Make sure to watch a couple youtube videos if this is your first time taking leaf springs apart. Finally, no instructions were included, but make sure the neck of the bolt is seated in the countersunk portion of the shim, which is only on one side.
