Iron Rock Off Road's satisfaction guarantee:
Our policy is simple, if there is something about your purchase you don't like, we'll make it right. If we can't make you happy you can return your product within 45 days. Items in 100% new condition will be entitled to 100% refund excluding shipping and handling. Installed/used/damaged (including damage in transit) parts will be entitled to a refund prorated from new retail value depending on condition. In no instance will Iron Rock Off Road be responsible for installation/labor on any satisfaction guarantee or warranty claim. Custom parts are non-returnable, non-refundable. A copy of your invoice is required for all warranty or satisfaction guarantee claims.

Iron Rock Off Road's Warranty:
All products manufactured by Iron Rock Off Road, Inc. are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the product. If your product ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship we will replace it free of charge, excluding shipping and handling. This warranty does not apply to corrosion, finish, or normal wear. This warranty is non-transferable. Misuse, modification in any way, or any use other than the product’s designed purpose will void the warranty. Iron Rock Off Road control arms come with a lifetime unbendable guarantee. If you bend or break a control arm on or off road, we will replace it. Products not manufactured by Iron Rock Off Road, Inc. will be subject to the product manufacturer's warranty. Claims must be made to that manufacturer. Custom parts are non-returnable, non-refundable.

Iron Rock Off Road shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects. This Limited Warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, rental vehicle, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. A copy of your invoice is required for all warranty or satisfaction guarantee claims.

At Iron Rock Off Road, Inc., we are committed to protecting your personal information including, but not limited to your name, address, telephone, email, and credit card numbers. With respect to your privacy, we will not sell, lend, or distribute your personally identifiable information to anyone at any time. Your personal information will only be used to process your order(s) via our secure online store, in person, or by telephone. If you provide us with your email address, we will automatically add you to our company newsletter sent out about once a month. You may opt out of this email anytime and we will terminate all future emails to the provided email address. Please call or email us if you would like to be added to our email newsletter list so you can keep up to date with out newest products and promotions.

SECURITY POLICY:
Throughout the checkout process in our online store, your payment and personal information is always kept secure. We use a secure sockets layer (SSL) Thawte Security Certificate capable of 256-bit encryption combined with the strongest identity authentication standard available. This encrypts all of the personal information you provide us, making it impossible to read over the internet. Your security is of the utmost importance to Iron Rock Off Road, Inc. REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are processed as outlined in Iron Rock Off Road's satisfaction guarantee. All refunds will be given as credit to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. Most refunds will be issued within 24 hours receipt of the returned product, but please allow up to five business days for processing. SHIPPING POLICY:
We reserve the right to ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other method we see appropriate. Transit time will be maintained. Packages are usually left at the front door if nobody is there to receive them. Delivery confirmation and/or shipping insurance available upon request for an additional fee. In stock items usually ship within one business day, but allow up to one week in rare cases. Multiple packages may arrive on different days. PLEASE CONTACT US A.S.A.P. IF EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS REQUIRED. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR ORDER. Backorders occur from time to time on both Iron Rock Off Road's manufactured parts as well as parts not manufactured by IRO. We will make every attempt to inform you of backorders as they arise, including estimated shipping dates. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change at any time. Please call Customer Service at 952-210-7185 if you have shipping/backorder questions. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: Shipping charges are calculated on our website based on weight to your ZIP code. Some larger orders and/or orders selected to ship expedited (faster than regular ground), may be subject to additonal shipping charges over and above what the website charges. These charges will only be applicable in cases where the calculator in our online store cannot accurately determine shipping costs. You will be notified, in the rare instance this happens, to settle the remaining freight charges. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state (MN) orders will be charged 6.875% sales tax.
